When will I receive my order?

It normally takes 7-15 working days processing time for these items to be shipped.We will use different shipping couriers to ship the products depending on your location. The delivery time normally takes 5-20 working days.
Why does it take so long for the package to arrive?

It may happen during public holidays or other special occasions such as customs inspection.

What do I do if I receive an item that is not working as it should?

Our warranty policy is we will replace the defected lipo packs to customers one by one within 6 months under proper usages and storage excluding in a crash of lipo packs.
